• What would you do? • To oversee and implement effective project planning, risk assessment, cost management, and scheduling activities for power generation, transmission, and
• distribution projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with utility standards and regulations.
• What are we looking for? • • Enough experience in power utility, EPC, transmission & distribution, generation projects. • • Strong exposure to project controls, risk assessment, and cost
• management systems. • • Hands on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel-based cost models.
• Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules IMS using Primavera P6 and or Microsoft Project • Create Work Breakdown Structures WBS and define
• project activities logic links milestones and dependencies • Establish project baselines and manage schedule updates revisions and re baselining processes •
• Monitor project progress critical path activities and milestone achievement • Conduct schedule health checks variance analysis delay analysis and recovery
• planning • Support resource loading forecasting and productivity monitoring • Prepare weekly monthly and executive project performance reports and
• dashboards • Develop and analyse S curves Earned Value Management EVM metrics CPI and SPI • Coordinate with project managers engineering teams
