Car Deal Processor

Description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in the Treasure Valley. We are looking for a Car Deal Processor to join the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• •Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
• •Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• •Intermediate user of Excel
• •Ability to ten-key by touch
• •Excellent organizational skills
• •Excellent time management skills
• •Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• •Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
• •Intermediate accounting knowledge
• •Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• •Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
• •Deals processing experience required

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• •Processing car deals, entries and all bank paperwork
• •Make bank postings and reconcile for accuracy daily
• •Balancing debits and credits on deals
• •Audit deals for accuracy
• •Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly
• •Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals.
• •General office clerical tasks and projects as assigned by Controller and Office Manager
• •Assist other dealership personnel with department duties

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
