Responsibilities of Car Hauler/Rollback Driver (Non CDL - 2 Car Hauler):

• •Safely transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations.
• •Conduct vehicle inspections before transport and report any damage or mechanical concerns.
• •Complete vehicle condition reports and delivery documentation accurately.
• •Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding routes, schedules, and delivery updates.
• •Assist with staging and moving vehicles to support daily auction operations.
• •Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles.
• •Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
• •Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.

Requirements

Requirements for Car Hauler/Rollback Driver (Non CDL - 2 Car Hauler):

• •Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• •At least 21 years of age.
• •Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• •1+ year of Car Hauler, Rollback Driver, Flatbed, Tow Truck, or related experience.
• •Ability to perform pre/post trip inspection.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• •Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• •Comfortable using GPS and mobile communication tools.
• •Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service and safety.
