Key Responsibilities:

• •Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• •Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• •Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
• •Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other dealership departments
• •Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory
• •Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• •Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
• •Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
