Cardiac Sonographer PRN

This individual will perform adult and pediatric echocardiography procedures. Job responsibilities also include performing and analyzing cardiac ultrasound tests: TTE's (on pediatrics and adults) and adult Transesophageals on patients in all areas of the hospital. This position includes a rotation of call, weekends and holidays. Echo staff must respond to emergent/on-call studies within 45 minutes.

  • - Two-year, Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology
  • - Previous one year experience in non-invasive cardiac ultrasound techniques
  • - American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or CCI registered or eligible

Rotations with weekends and holidays required, as well as ON CALL duties.
