TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA

Operasional Pengiriman & Penerimaan

Melaksanakan proses loading dan unloading kargo bernilai sesuai SOP.

Memastikan jumlah, kondisi, dan segel kargo sesuai dengan dokumen pengiriman.

Menjaga keamanan kargo selama proses penerimaan, penyimpanan sementara, dan pengiriman.

Pengamanan & Kepatuhan Prosedur

Mematuhi seluruh SOP Valuable Logistics , kebijakan keamanan, dan ketentuan internal.

Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi terkait kargo dan pelanggan.

Melaksanakan pengamanan fisik kargo sesuai standar perusahaan.

Dokumentasi & Pelaporan

Mengisi dan memverifikasi dokumen operasional, antara lain:

Delivery Note / Manifest

Checklist Pengiriman

Berita Acara Serah Terima

Melaporkan setiap ketidaksesuaian, kerusakan, kehilangan, atau insiden kepada atasan secara segera.

Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (ISO 45001)

Menggunakan APD sesuai ketentuan.

Menerapkan prosedur K3 dalam setiap aktivitas kerja.

Berpartisipasi dalam pelaksanaan tanggap darurat bila terjadi insiden.

Pemeliharaan Aset & Peralatan

Menggunakan peralatan kerja sesuai fungsi dan prosedur.

Melaporkan kerusakan atau ketidaksesuaian peralatan operasional.

Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja.

WEWENANG

Menolak proses pengiriman/penerimaan apabila ditemukan ketidaksesuaian dokumen atau kondisi kargo.

Menghentikan sementara aktivitas operasional bila terdapat risiko keselamatan atau keamanan.

HUBUNGAN KERJA

Internal : Supervisor, Operations Team, Security, Admin Operasional

Eksternal : Driver, Vendor terkait, Customer (sesuai kewenangan)

KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan & Pengalaman

Minimal SMA / SMK atau sederajat

Pengalaman di bidang logistik, cargo, atau security menjadi nilai tambah

Kompetensi

Teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab

Mampu bekerja dalam tim

Memiliki integritas dan loyalitas tinggi

Siap bekerja shift dan di bawah tekanan
