Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking skilled Carpenters to join our manufacturing shop in High Point, North Carolina. This position is available on both first and second shifts.

Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary
Location: 623 McWay Dr, High Point, NC 27263
Responsibilities:
Install architectural doors, walls, and trim
Handle material
Use power tools (e.g. circular saw, drill, reciprocating saw, etc.)
Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies
Work in a fast-paced team environment
Education Requirements/Qualifications:
Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required.
Minimum of a high school education or equivalent
At least one year experience in wood or metal carpentry
Construction experience preferred
Job Requirements/Special Skills:
Ability to speak and read either English or Spanish required
Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and layouts
Ability to work independently and on a team
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
