Requirements

To meet our minimum requirements, you must be:

• •A seasoned carpenter with at least 2 + years of verifiable general carpentry experience, preferably experience doing decks, framing, and siding.
• •At least 18 years of age.
• •Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job, every day.
• •Great at communicating with team members and customers.
• •Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot.
• •Driven to be part of a high-performing team.
