This position is based in Olsztyn within the Liquidity and Investment Operations Department. The Cash and Trade Processing Analyst is an analyst-level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to research issues, conduct analyses, and support their resolution.

Responsibilities:

• •Perform complex client setups across a suite of applications
• •Manage client inquiries
• •Facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of system outages by engaging with all relevant stakeholders
• •Collaborate with Technology and Product teams on projects and process improvements
• •Perform Production Validation Testing (PVT) on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• •1-3 years of operational experience
• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• •Strong service orientation, professionalism, accountability, and client/business focus
• •Proven ability to work independently and assimilate and disseminate information quickly
• •Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
