  • Bankkontoeröffnungen Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Benutzer- und
  • Zugriffsrechten Mitwirkung im Compliance sowie Sicherstellung der
  • Datenintegrität Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit KYC
  • Abwicklung von Zahlungen gemäß festgelegten Cut-off-Zeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Transaktionen im Zusammenhang mit An- und
  • Verkäufen von SPVs Bankkontooptimierung und Verbesserung des
  • Zahlungsprozesses Erstellung und Optimierung von Berichten und
  • Prozessdokumentationen Planung der Liquidität sowie Erstellung von
  • Liquiditätsprognosen Profil Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • oder einem verwandten Fachbereich Bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich
  • Cash-Management von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit Online-Banking-Tools
  • sowie MS-Office Anwendungen Grundkenntnisse in Immobilienfonds
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse Kenntnisse in YARDI mit
  • technischem Hintergrundwissen Perspektiven Karrierewachstums- und
