Description:

Position Purpose

As a Casual Pool Specialist, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential and/or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role allows you to make a difference while choosing a schedule that fits your needs.

• What You Will Do:
• •Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.)
• •Promote independence through person-centered plans
• •Foster a positive, supportive environment
• •Accurately document progress and observations
• •Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• •Participate in training and development

• Minimum Qualifications:
• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an organization vehicle
• •Local travel and reliable transportation
• •Act 33/34/73 Clearances
• •Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test
• •Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire

• Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position
• Consistent year-round availability is essential, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• •Minimum of 4 shifts per month
• •Flexible scheduling
• •Option to pick up additional shifts
