Participate in our Catalyst Summer Leadership Program for a chance to learn about RKL's culture, develop key leadership skills and interview for an internship or full time entry-level role upon graduation.

The program date is Thursday, June 24- Friday, June 25 with a requirement of staying onsite at the venue.

After you apply, you can expect to hear from us by the end of October.

Get valuable insight on public accounting and career opportunities

Gain the skills and abilities to navigate future business challenges

Experience RKL’s unique and innovative culture firsthand

Develop friendships with other leadership-oriented college students

Connect with top leaders from a leading consulting and CPA firm

Take part in fun activities and give back to the community

Education, Experience and Certifications:

Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Achievement of 150 credits upon graduation is preferred, though not required for Accounting majors

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Being a team player with strong work ethic

Must be available to attend specified dates
