About Wishlink

Wishlink is a well-funded, early-stage startup on a mission to change how people shop. Users today are tired of browsing endless catalogs just to find a single piece they love — they want curation and trusted reviews, which is exactly what we deliver through content creators.

In just three years, we’ve built a hyper-personalized, creator-led shopping experience at the intersection of e-commerce and social media , now used by over 900k users daily and growing more than 3x in the last four months.

We’re doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr, working with 10,000+ content creators and 250+ brands and marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio. Behind it all is a young, energetic team from stellar backgrounds, united by a common goal — and having a lot of fun along the way.

About Seleqt

Seleqt by Wishlink is a shopping platform where you discover fashion trends that are handpicked and styled by creators. Instead of scrolling through endless listings, users shop curated, creator-led edits - the looks, styles, and trends worth buying - all in one place. This role owns the Fashion category that powers that experience.

Team and Investors

We’re 3 founders, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum, and Elevation Capital.

What would you be doing?

  • P&L Ownership: Own the top-line and bottom-line for the Fashion category - set monthly and quarterly revenue, margin, and growth targets across assortment, pricing, ads revenue, and other income, and own the levers (discounts, returns, cancellations, and commissions) that drive contribution margin and overall profitability.
  • Assortment & Merchandising: Build trend-right, creator-aligned product ranges - decide category width versus depth, plan seasonal buys and newness cadence, identify the head SKUs across subcategories that are critical for consumers, and manage catalog ins and outs to keep the mix fresh and high-converting.
  • Pricing & Margin Management: Own category pricing strategy - set price ladders and entry price points, benchmark against competition, and plan discounting, markdowns, and promotional pricing that balance conversion with margin while protecting blended category margins.
  • Define and implement catalog schemas, ensuring consistency in product categorization, naming conventions, and attributes. Optimize the Product Detail Page (PDP) structure to enhance user experience.
  • Data & Trend Analysis: Monitor sell-through rates, historical sales data, and fashion forecasting to spot emerging apparel trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and visual merchandising teams to launch promotional campaigns.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: 6 to 8+ years in fashion retail, buying, or e-commerce category management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA/Masters in Fashion Management or Business.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in retail math, inventory metrics, and Excel/data dashboards.
  • Negotiation: Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities.
