CC107 Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver (Box Truck)

Description

The Warehouse Associate/ backup driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support overall warehouse operations. Approximately 90% of the position is warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed.

Responsibilities

• •Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.
• •Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• •Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• •Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• •Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• •Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• •Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
• •Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs.
• •Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Forklift experience required

Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience required
