As a ServiceNow Developer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions within our Cybersecurity practice. You will focus on protecting organizations from cyber threats by developing secure systems and providing proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply your broad understanding of cybersecurity principles to address diverse security challenges effectively. You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow customizations, including core platform setup, workflow administration, and third-party integrations. Your ability to lead and support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform will be crucial. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• - Developing and implementing ServiceNow customizations, including core platform setup, workflow administration, and third-party integrations
• - Leading the team responsible for ServiceNow platform implementation and administration, managing system configurations and gathering user requirements
• - Utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance ServiceNow functionalities and user interfaces
• - Conducting quality assurance and user acceptance testing to validate system performance and reliability
• - Collaborating with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions
• - Applying cybersecurity principles to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems
• - Managing security incident responses and conducting vulnerability assessments to protect client data
• - Leveraging Azure Web Services and Active Directory for enhanced security architecture and compliance
• - Utilizing agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver timely solutions
• - Building and maintaining client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality service

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
• - Demonstrating proficiency in ServiceNow customization and integration
• - Utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web development
• - Leading ServiceNow platform implementation and administration
• - Excelling in client-facing communication and relationship building
• - Applying Agile methodologies in development environments
