• The Role and Impact
• As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of production processes and delivering high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer specifications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting production issues, and driving process improvements to maximize efficiency. • Key Responsibilities
• - Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with established procedures to achieve optimal efficiency and output.
• - Perform regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions in workflow.
• - Support the installation, qualification, and maintenance of new and reused production equipment.
• - Conduct process evaluations and adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• - Collaborate with peers and leadership to meet shift output targets and escalate challenges as needed.
• - Maintain accurate production logs and documentation in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures.
• - Drive quality and cost improvements by supporting engineering in process optimization and technological stability.
• - Support the development and testing of new products, prototypes, or processes to ensure functionality and quality.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications
• - High School diploma or equivalent.
• - Proficiency in operating production equipment or automated systems.
• - Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
• - Basic computer skills for documentation and data collection purposes.
• - Candidate need strictly follow CDAT operation policy, SOP/SPEC and pass the certification within standard training period.
