🎯 Votre rôle : Contribuer à la transformation digitale des processus RH

📚 Vos missions au quotidien :

🔹 Projets digitaux RH

Piloter la digitalisation des processus RH (formation, GEPP, Talent Review…)

Définir les besoins fonctionnels et techniques pour les outils RH (LMS, plateformes collaboratives…)

Accompagner le déploiement des solutions digitales et former les utilisateurs

Suivre les jalons, livrables et indicateurs de performance

Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du Responsable Développement RH

Être force de proposition sur des solutions innovantes (IA, gamification, mobile learning…)

Réaliser une veille active RH Tech et benchmarker les solutions du marché

🔹 Développement des compétences & Formation

Mettre en œuvre le plan de développement des compétences en cohérence avec la stratégie du Groupe

Garantir la pertinence et l’actualisation de l’offre e-learning

Assurer la logistique et le suivi administratif des formations

Animer une démarche d’amélioration continue (évaluations, reporting, axes d’amélioration)
