What You'll Do

• •Conduct property inspections and market research
• •Analyze market trends, financial data, and comparable sales
• •Prepare accurate and well-supported appraisal reports
• •Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• •Manage project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
• •Support valuation, assessment, and consulting assignments across a variety of commercial property types
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, market participants, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• •Active Certified General (CG) Appraiser License required
• •Relevant commercial real estate valuation experience
• •Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• •Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• •Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• •Proficiency with appraisal software, Microsoft Office applications, and industry research tools
• •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support
