Key Responsibilities

• •Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.
• •Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• •Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• •Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• •Accurately document care and services provided.
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• •Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
• •Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
• •Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• •Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• •Compassionate and resident-focused approach
• •Dependable, professional, and reliable
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Previous skilled nursing experience prefer
