Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Hiring Immediately - Multiple Shifts Available (Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem)

Woodlands Senior Living Rockland Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. An active Maine CNA license is required for this position. We have a variety of opportunities available, including full-time, part-time, per diem, day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living such as meal service, light housekeeping, and communication assistance.
  • Accurately obtain and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, and weight, as directed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
  • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the appropriate nurse or healthcare provider.
  • Participate in resident activities and engagement opportunities as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident status changes.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life through compassionate care.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role :

  • Must possess active and in good standing CNA certification from the State of Maine CNA Registry
  • Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
  • Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
