What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:

• •Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• •Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• •Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• •Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• •Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Helping create positive experiences for residents and their families

What We're Looking For

• •Current CNA certification in the State of Washington
• •Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
• •Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is welcomed but not required
