What You’ll Do:

• •Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• •Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
• •Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• •Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• •Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

What You Bring:

• •Active CNA certification (state-licensed).
• •Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
