We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team providing care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of conditions at Emplify Health by Gundersen, Moundview Memorial Hospital and the Extended Care Center in Friendship, WI.

What you will do/job specifics

Full-time 40 hours/week

8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm

Occasional coverage on weekends

Work closely with patients and patient family members to provide care under the supervision of the OTR.

Associate Degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Wisconsin (COTA)

CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
