Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hart, MI . You'll work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative post-acute setting where your ideas, compassion, and clinical expertise make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, self-care, and daily living skills
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
