Join Our Therapy Team!

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Shelbina, Missouri . This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for either a full-time or part-time position with a supportive clinical team and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

What You'll Do

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
  • Build positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff

What We're Looking For

  • Current Missouri COTA/OTA license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • NBCOT certification preferred/required as applicable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
