This is a full time position working 11:00 am - 7:00 pm located at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

Previous experience working as a Certified Surgical Technician in EP preferred

Required Criteria

• •High School Diploma or equivalency required
• •Completed an accredited Surgical Technician Program
• •Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• •Minimum of one year experience as a Certified Surgical Technician
• •New Graduates will be considered based on required CST Certification and Academic performance
• •Knowledge of surgical supplies, instruments, machines and equipment used in and related to the Operating Room
• •Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
