Job Title: Service Desk Developer / Service Desk Engineer

Experience Level: Junior–Mid (2–5 years)

Work Locations: Hyderabad, Kochi, Mohali

Technology Stack:

• •Frontend: Next.js, React
• •Node JS
• •Workflow Engine: Camunda 8 SDK
• •Database: PostgreSQL
• •Cloud Services: AWS Services

Preferred Qualifications

• •ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
• •Experience in a service desk or technical support role (0–4 years)
• •Exposure to automation or low-code tools
• •Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS is a plus)
