CFCO - 1497 Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js to drive the development of scalable web applications and microservices-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of leading a team, mentoring developers, and actively contributing to coding and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• •Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• •Actively participate in coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• •Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• •Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
• •Drive technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.
• •Support CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives.
• •Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• •12+ years of software development experience.
• •Strong hands-on experience in:
• •Node.js
• •TypeScript
• •React.js
• •Next.js

• •Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture .
• •Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and backend development.
• •Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• •Strong knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.
• •Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• •Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Skills

• •Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• •Ability to drive delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.
• •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Communication Skills

• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• •Experience interacting with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in large-scale enterprise applications.
• •Exposure to modern DevOps practices.
• •Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
• •Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.
