  • Steuerungsprozesse • Verantwortung für Liquiditäts- und
  • Finanzplanung • Entwicklung und Bewertung von Business Cases und
  • Investitionen • Sicherstellung geeigneter Governance- und
  • Kontrollstrukturen • Begleitung von Wachstums-, Transformations- und
  • Digitalisierungsprojekten • Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten internen
  • und externen Stakeholdern • Sparringspartner für Management und
  • Gesellschafter • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten
  • Bereiche und Teams Profil • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im
  • Finance-Umfeld, beispielsweise als CFO, Geschäftsführer, Finance
  • Director oder in vergleichbarer Funktion • Fundierte Kenntnisse in
  • Accounting, Controlling, Planung und Unternehmenssteuerung •
  • Erfahrung in einem komplexen, dynamischen und idealerweise
  • technologiegetriebenen Unternehmensumfeld • Erfahrung in der
  • Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Organisationen •
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Verständnis •
  • Hohe Zahlen- und Analysekompetenz verbunden mit einem pragmatischen
  • Business-Mindset • Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen
  • internen und externen Stakeholdern • Moderne, verbindliche und
  • zugleich hands-on geprägte Führungspersönlichkeit Was die Position
