As a team:

Talent & Workforce leads how organisations reinvent work in the age of An extraordinary inflection point: for the first time in history, business leaders are managing a human+AI workforce — and the decisions they make now about skills, roles and capability will define competitive advantage for a generation. What began as an HR agenda has become the defining leadership challenge of our time, commanding the attention of every CEO and CHRO one; where is AI changing the work, what skills does that leave people to build, and how do we redeploy the capacity it frees rather than lose it. That's the conversation we own

We work at the task level, not the job-title level;understanding what people actually do, where AI and automation change it, and what that means for skills, roles, mobility and organisation design. We help clients build talent strategy that defines how to access, create and unlock the potential of their workforce; we help them become Skills-Driven Organisations, with skills as the connective tissue between roles, career paths and business strategy; and we build the Strategic Workforce Planning capability that keeps the workforce aligned to where the business is going, not where it's been.

This spans strategy through delivery, from diagnosing where AI is redistributing work across an enterprise, to designing the skills architecture and workforce plans that respond to it, to standing up the mobility, career and capability systems that make the change stick — and pairing workforce reinvention with the AI-powered learning that equips people with the skills and confidence to succeed in their transformed roles.

“We are uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology and talent to drive true reinvention and value for our clients.” – Karalee Close, Global Lead, Talent & Organisation

In our team you will:

Lead the design and delivery of Talent & Workforce engagements across talent strategy, Skills-Driven Organisation transformation, Strategic Workforce Planning, skills architecture and talent mobility

Own key client relationships and act as a trusted adviser, challenging established thinking, aligning stakeholders and sustaining momentum from strategy through implementation

Lead Skills-Driven Organisation transformation, setting the direction for skills architecture and integrating skills into roles, career paths, workforce planning and mobility

Lead Strategic Workforce Planning, translating business strategy and workforce supply-and-demand insight into prioritised, actionable workforce plans

Oversee the use of AI-powered diagnostics and modelling to identify how work is changing, assure the quality of analysis and turn findings into executive-level recommendations and delivery roadmaps

Mobilise and manage multidisciplinary delivery teams, setting direction, managing scope, quality, risks, dependencies and outcomes across complex programmes

Coach and develop Analysts and Consultants through day-to-day leadership, feedback, mentoring and meaningful development opportunities

Support clients to redesign ways of working, governance and leadership behaviours needed to realise value from human and AI collaboration

Advise clients on the technology ecosystem that underpins workforce transformation, including workforce planning platforms, skills infrastructure and AI-powered diagnostic tools

Identify and progress business development opportunities, shape propositions and solutions, and lead or contribute to bids, proposals, client presentations and commercial discussions

Contribute to the growth of the Talent & Workforce practice through capability building, recruitment, community leadership, thought leadership and market eminence

Create market-relevant Talent & Workforce points of view, articles and offerings that strengthen Accenture’s position in AI-led workforce transformation
