We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Lead who will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft 365 Business Central across more than 70+ Aviagen companies worldwide. Job Description:

Based in either Edinburgh, UK, or Huntsville, Alabama, you will be the key team member responsible for undertaking and delivering the following:

• •Working with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and effective transition to Business Central
• •Liaising and communicating with external software partners
• •Gathering requirements for system setup, including local government reporting
• •Responsible for “translating” business requirements to the tech teams and finding solutions
• •Implementation of training programs and training manuals
• •Responsible for user adoption of the software and standardization within the system
• •Ensuring reporting meets local and global business requirements
• •Working with the local teams to ensure system is adequately set up, tested, and rolled out
• •Design and execute strategies to facilitate employee adoption of the new system

Who are we looking for?

• •Experience using Microsoft Business Central or similar system
• •8+ years’ experience in accounting and finance
• •Experience working within a fast-paced environment
• •Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives
• •Experience training others in a finance environment

You will also bring a positive can-do attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
