• Your Prospective Job:
• For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/f/d) for Process, Methods, Tools and Data (PMTD) at the location Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Establish and maintain close collaboration and communication with the respective end-to-end PMTD team
• •Ensure seamless coordination between development and deployment activities
• •Contribute to the on-quality, on-time and on-cost delivery of PMTD solutions
• •Steer the end-to-end process from the initial demand to the feedback loop, ensuring consistent deployment across all PMTD solutions and stakeholders
• •Manage the training offering and forecast and ensure that PMTD solutions comply with Air Power rules and regulations, including myPULSE processes and security classification requirements
• •Define and validate deployment strategies for different registration and solution types
• •Coordinate the definition of Training Paths and ensure structured categorization (Enabler/ Mandatory/ Optional)
• •Plan and coordinate training sessions
• •Maintain training plans and quarterly forecasts for upcoming demand and resource requirements
• •Drive communications and run the automated trainee feedback loop
• •Manage deployment deliverables in the scheduling tool and prepare reports on development and deployment activities
• •Supporting all transversal Change Operational Deployment activities

Your Profile:

• •Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
• •Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Project Management
• •Very good user skills in MS-Office
• •User skills in Google Workspace and Scheduling tools (Unified Planning, Jira) are a plus
• •Fluent English skills spoken and written
