  • Identifikation, Konzeption und Umsetzung bedarfsgerechter
  • Change-Maßnahmen und organisatorischer Impulse Vorbereitung und
  • Moderation von Entscheidungsformaten zur Priorisierung und Steuerung
  • von Veränderungsvorhaben Aktivierung des
  • Change-Multiplikatoren-Netzwerks sowie Etablierung von Austausch- und
  • Wissenstransferformaten Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops,
  • Townhalls und Retrospektiven Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
  • komplexer Veränderungsthemen sowie Sicherstellung nachhaltiger
  • Übergaben an die Fachbereiche DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Mindestens 5
  • Jahre Erfahrung in Change-Management, Organisationsentwicklung oder
  • Transformation, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld Nachweisbare Erfahrung in
  • der eigenständigen Steuerung komplexer Transformationsvorhaben
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Befragungsdaten, Ableitung von
  • Handlungsempfehlungen und Entwicklung konkreter Maßnahmenpläne
  • Kompetenz im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Change-Netzwerken
  • in größeren Organisationen Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Change-
  • und Organisationsentwicklungsansätze sowie Erfahrung in der
  • Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen Hohe
  • Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Führungskräften
  • und Stakeholdern sowie ausgeprägte Empathie und
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und
  • Beteiligungsformaten sowie in der verständlichen und motivierenden
