Description -
Are you passionate about online commerce, AI, data analytics, and transforming insights into business impact?
HP's Channel Enablement and Digital team is seeking a highly motivated graduate to help drive online growth across our largest commercial and distribution partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, uncovering trends, building compelling business stories, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
As part of the team, you will work at the intersection of digital commerce, AI, analytics, sales, and marketing to help optimize the online customer journey and accelerate growth across HP's channel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze online sales, traffic, digital shelf, search, and customer experience data across key channel partners.
- Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
- Develop actionable recommendations that support business growth and partner success.
- Track and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and business performance metrics.
Business Storytelling
- Transform complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights summaries.
- Communicate findings through concise business narratives and strategic recommendations.
AI & Automation
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Automate recurring reports, data collection processes, and team workflows.
- Support development of AI-powered insights, digital shelf monitoring, and online visibility initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging AI, ecommerce, and digital marketing trends.
Digital Commerce & Customer Experience
- Support initiatives that improve product discovery, search visibility, digital content quality, and online conversion.
- Evaluate customer journeys and identify opportunities to enhance online buying experiences.
- Assist with competitive benchmarking and digital shelf analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Channel Sales, Marketing, Category, Analytics, and Digital teams.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on online growth, AI readiness, and customer experience optimization.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree completed within the past 0-2 years in:
- Business Analytics
- Marketing
- Economics
- Data Science
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Related field
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities.
- Experience with PowerPoint and presentation development.
- Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for ecommerce, digital journey, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Deliver actionable insights that improve online performance.
- Build automated reporting solutions that save time and improve decision-making.
- Develop executive-ready business reviews and scorecards.

- Help HP identify new opportunities in AI-powered shopping, digital shelf optimization, and online customer experience.

The pay range for this role is $52,750 to $72,650 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
