ESGRH, école spécialisée en Ressources Humaines, recherche pour son entreprise collaboratrice , dans le domaine de l'automobile, un.e Chargé(e) de Recrutement en contrat d'alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Recrutement, vous serez chargé(e) de :

Rédiger et diffuser les offres d'emploi sur les jobboards

Sourcer et présélectionner les candidats

Réaliser les entretiens de préqualification téléphonique

Participer au suivi des recrutements avec les franchisés et les managers

Contribuer aux projets RH et à la marque employeur

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil souhaitant préparer un Bac+3 ou Bac+4 en Ressources Humaines, Recrutement ou École de Commerce.

Compétences :

Bonne communication orale et écrite

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques

Connaissance des jobboards et d'un ATS appréciée

Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément

Esprit d'initiative

Lieu de l'alternance : Verrières-le-Buisson (91)

Type de contrat : Apprentissage
