Chat Support Specialist with Romanian and English - Varna, Bulgaria

What you’ll do

• •Support customers mainly via chat and email
• •Provide clear, professional, and timely solutions
• •Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• •Follow established procedures and quality standards
• •Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams
• •Work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously

What we’re looking for

• •Romanian – C2 / native level
• •English – B2
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• •Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately
• •Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• •Willingness to work on shifts

• •€1,483 gross monthly base salary
• •Up to €113 gross monthly performance bonus

 Working schedule

• •8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• •Project operating hours: 08:00–23:00, Monday–Sunday
• •Please note that the project may move to a 24/7 schedule in the future
