Ihre Aufgaben

Als Chauffeur:

  • Sichere und pünktliche Beförderung der Geschäftsleitung sowie von Gästen
  • Planung und Optimierung von Fahrtrouten
  • Besorgungs- und Kurierfahrten

Im Fuhrparkmanagement:

  • Pflege, Reinigung und technische Kontrolle der Dienstfahrzeuge
  • Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-, Service- und Reparaturterminen
  • Überwachung von TÜV-, Inspektions- und Prüffristen
  • Verwaltung und Koordination des unternehmenseigenen Fuhrparks inkl. Tankkarten, Fahrzeugschlüsseln und Zubehör
  • Koordination von Fahrzeugzulassungen sowie Reifenwechseln
  • Dokumentation und Pflege fahrzeugbezogener Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Übergabe und Rücknahme von Fahrzeugen
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen im Fuhrparkmanagement

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie mehrjährige sichere Fahrpraxis
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Chauffeur und/oder im Fuhrparkmanagement
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, repräsentatives und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
