How your role contributes to that mission:

We are looking for a Cheese Packager I in Jerome, ID. The Cheese Packager I is responsible for the packaging of product while following safety and quality requirements.

• •Safe operation, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment.
• •Maintain the packaging room, casing room, brine room, and dry storage in a clean and sanitary fashion.
• •May assist in changing of mold sizes and cleanup of cheese molder and cooker/stretcher as needed.
