Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Chef de Partie Entremetier für unser Restaurant Rodesand (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

## Das gibt es zu tun:

  • Eigenständiges Führen und Organisieren des Entremetier-Postens inklusive rechtzeitiger Erstellung des Mise en place.
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortungsbewusster und wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Strenges Einhalten der HACCP-Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften.

## Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin.
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, idealerweise bereits Erfahrung auf dem Entremetier- oder einem vergleichbaren Posten.
  • Fundiertes Wissen über klassische und moderne Zubereitungsmethoden von Gemüse und Beilagen
  • Ruhiges und konzentriertes Arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
