  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch und erste Berufserfahrung
  • Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Leidenschaft für den Beruf und Freude an stetiger Weiterentwicklung
  • Kenntnis aller Lebensmittelhygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Lust auf frische Küche mit Top Produkten

In unserer Küche

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führen des Posten mit:
  • Vor- und Zubereitung der Speisen vom Mise en Place bis hin zum fertigen Gericht auf dem Teller
  • Einbringen in das Erstellen neuer Speisekarten und Gerichte für das á la carte Geschäft und unsere Tagungs- und Bankettangebote
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation täglicher Küchenabläufe
  • Warenanforderung und Kontrolle des Wareneingangs und der fachgerechten Lagerhaltung
  • Einarbeitung und Unterweisung von Auszubildenden
  • Einhaltung der HAACP Richtlinien
  • Pflege und Reinigung der Arbeitsbereiche und Arbeitsgeräte
