Zu einer der schönsten Hotelanlagen in Bayern zählt das 4-Sterne Hotel Yachthotel Chiemsee. Einzigartig ist die direkte Lage am See mit Traumblick auf ein grandioses Bergpanorama. Es verfügt über 100 Zimmer, davon 5 Suiten, 2 behindertengerechte und 2 bioaktive Allergiker-Zimmer. Dem anspruchsvollen Tagungsgast stehen 6 Tagungsräume– von 5 bis 220 Personen- mit wunderschönem Blick über den eigenen Yachthafen zur Verfügung.

Zur Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit:

Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Vor- und Zubereitung der Speisen

Organisation und Planung des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches auf unterschiedlichen Posten (Gardemanger / Patisserie / Entremetier / Saucier)

Sicherstellung der Quantität und Qualität der Speisen

Warenannahme, Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation

Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien

Ihre Qualifikation:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch/ zur Köchin

Ihr Profil:

Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

Leidenschaft fürs Kochen

Teamfähigkeit

Spaß am Kochen verschiedener Posten

Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
