Aufgaben 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung eines Küchenpostens (Saucier / Entremetier / Gardemanger)
  • Zubereitung & Anrichten aller Speisen gemäß Hotelstandards
  • Qualitäts- und Frischekontrolle aller Lebensmittel und Endprodukte.
  • Hygiene & HACCP: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Vorgaben
  • Anleitung von Commis und Auszubildenden, Weitergabe von Fachwissen
  • Mitwirkung an der Menü- und Produktentwicklung, saisonale Ideen
  • Vertretung anderer Posten bei Bedarf
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitsabläufe und Dienstpläne

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie oder vergleichbare Position
  • Hohe Qualitätsorientierung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft für hochwertige Speisen
  • Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lebensmittelhygiene & HACCP
  • Deutschkenntnisse
