Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste willkommen fühlen, einen richtig guten Abend haben und gerne wiederkommen. Wir sind SOHA Hotels - vier Häuser in Alpendorf, persönlich, unkompliziert und mit Teams, die mit Herz bei der Sache sind. Bei uns zählt nicht nur, was auf dem Tisch landet, sondern auch, wie wir miteinander arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust deinen eigenen Servicebereich und bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Gäste
  • Du berätst zu Speisen, Drinks und Weinen und findest für jeden Gast das Passende
  • Du behältst auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Du begleitest Commis und Lehrlinge in deinem Bereich und gibst dein Wissen weiter
  • Du kümmerst dich um ein sauberes Mise en Place, damit zum Service alles bereit ist
  • Du bringst deine Ideen, deinen Stil und deine Persönlichkeit ein

Das wär toll, wenn Du mitbringst:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
  • Erfahrung im Service, idealerweise in der 4- oder 5-Sterne-Hotellerie
  • Weinkenntnisse sind ein Plus - was noch fehlt, zeigen wir dir gerne
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ruhe und gute Laune - auch wenn's mal rundgeht
