Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Restaurantfachmann_frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung als Chef de Rang (w_m,_d) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung bzw. Motivation eines Teams
  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Service von Speisen und Getränken inkl. Weinberatung
  • Kassieren und Abrechnung von Rechnungsbelegen
  • Interesse an Bio-Produkten und Naturverbundenheit
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Aufmerksamkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
