Für unser neues Restaurant MARLÉ in Graz suchen wir einen Chef de Partie (m/w/d), der/die Lust hat, von Anfang an dabei zu sein und ein neues Restaurant im Bereich Casual Fine Dining gemeinsam mit uns aufzubauen.

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im eigenen Servicebereich
  • Präsentation und Empfehlung von Weinen, Drinks und Speisen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Konzepts
  • Selbstständiges und ordentliches Arbeiten - auch wenn es einmal mehr los ist
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Erfahrung im Service
  • Selbstständige, aufmerksame und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • Interesse an hochwertigen Produkten und professionellem Service
  • Weinkenntnisse und/oder Erfahrung im Cocktail- und Barbereich von Vorteil
  • Eigene Ideen und Lust, dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du den Überblick
  • Das erwartet dich
  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 40 Stunden
  • Die Möglichkeit, von Beginn an mitzugestalten
