  • Verkauf und Beratung bei Getränken
  • Verantwortung über eine Station
  • Anleiten eines Commis de Rang auf der Station
  • Speisenservice
  • Frühstückservice
  • Aufbau und Betreuung der verschiedenen Buffets
  • Mise en Place Tätigkeit
