PROFIL

  • Angemessene Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Restaurant/ -Hotelfach von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Gästeorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Umgangsformen, zuverlässig und flexibel

AUFGABEN

  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Führen einer Servicestation
  • Anleitung und Kontrolle des Commis und/oder Auszubildenden
  • Vor- und Nachbereitungen des Stations-Mise en place
  • Arbeiten mit dem Kassensystem XENIA
  • Einhaltung der Servicestandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Restaurantleitung bei der Verbesserung der Servicequalität und der Gästezufriedenheit
  • Korrekte Handhabung der täglichen Abrechnungen
