  • ˃ Du hast Berufserfahrung im Restaurant
  • ˃ Du besitzt womöglich erste Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit Menschen täglich neu zu motivieren
  • ˃ Du bist mit Leib und Seele Gastgeber
  • ˃ Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
  • ˃ Du lebst eine „Hands-on“ Mentalität und arbeitest gern in einem Team
  • ˃ Du bist bereit dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • ˃ kompetente Leitung des Restaurants, führen, fördern und fordern deiner Kollegen > Steigerung der Gästezufriedenheit
  • ˃ Koordination des gesamten Servicebereichs zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • ˃ Gewährleistung eines freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service am Gast
  • ˃ Pflege des Arbeitsbereiches und einhalten der Hygienevorschriften
