Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisation, Planung, Personalangelegenheiten
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Großküchenalltags
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards Unterstützung bei Warenbestellung, -annahme und -lagerung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Gastronomie
  • Führungsqualitäten
  • Leidenschaft für frische und regionale Küche
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Kolleg\*innen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Führerschein Klasse B
