Für unseren Kunden, ein 5-Sterne-Hotel an der Ostseeküste, suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Chef Sommelier (m/w/d) für das Sternerestaurant des Hauses.

Das Restaurant befindet sich derzeit im Umbau und soll zum 01.03.25 wiedereröffnet werden – eine spannende Gelegenheit, bei der Sie Ihre Expertise einbringen können! Als neuer Chef Sommelier haben Sie die Chance, aktiv an der Neugestaltung der Weinkarte sowie an der Optimierung des gesamten Weinangebots mitzuwirken und Ihre persönliche Handschrift zu hinterlassen.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die Weinauswahl, für das neue Konzept mitzugestalten
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner der Gäste und überzeugen mit Ihrer Expertise bei der Wein- und Speisenkombination
  • Sie teilen Ihr Wissen mit dem Serviceteam und sorgen dafür, dass der hohe Qualitätsstandard konsequent umgesetzt wird
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Lagerung, Pflege und Inventur der Weine
  • Sie pflegen enge Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Winzern

# Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie und erste Berufserfahrung als Sommelier, vorzugsweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Sommelier(e) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv an einem Neuanfang mitzuwirken
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
